Stanley Thermos, 1/2 Qt Black
Stanley Thermos "Thermos" is a misnomer. A vessel for liquid is more accurate. After an hour, my Stanley Thermos, 1/2 Qt, doesn't keep liquid any hotter than an open ceramic cup that I placed next to it. I have a 1 quart Stanley thermos, I bought in the early 70's. Unopened that thermos, after 24 hours, keeps coffee just as hot as when I put it in. This one does not.

Great thermos
I love this thermos!! It is as good as my old Stanley's at keeping the tea hot and the new lid that pours with out being removed is a great feature!! I live in Alaska and have a job that requires a fair bit of outside time. Needless to say I never forget to make my tea and take the thermos with me. Stanley is a great company and after many years of use I sent an OLD thermos to Stanley to be rebuilt and they replaced it at no charge. A great product and a perfect size!!!
Love it
I bought the 1/2 Qt Stanley a few weeks ago and I love it. I fill it up with cold coffee and a few ice cubes in the morning and my coffee stays cold until late in the evening.
