Too hot to handle
I decided to buy the frying pans based on very positive information from someone that had used them. I thought since I was getting the pans I might as well get the lids. What a mistake, the knob on the top became too hot to handle after just being on the pan for a few minutes. This was the last thing I expected from such high priced cookware. I really regret my purchase.

Nice lid
I bought this for my non-Swiss Diamond 8-inch frying pan, and it fits well. Unlike other lids I've used, quality is good and it doesn't look or feel cheap. Center plastic knob has a nice little on/off vent if you want to let out the steam. This lid gave me a positive image of the brand.
