Great coffee server.
This thing allows you to turn off the warmer on your coffee unit and keep the coffee hot for several hours without continuing to "cook" your coffee. Pre-fill it with very hot water to warm the pot, then pour in your hot coffee.
We love it for a low volume coffee serving restaurant. I suppose high volume people would find it nice as well.
